Linear Vibratory Feeders

Electromagnetc vibrating feeders are solidly constructed and require minimal preventative maintenance. They are proven equipment and have a reliable reputation through a variety of industrial and food applications.

Feeders are designed for cleanliness as the trays are available in a mild or stainless steel or carbon steel. The pans can be customized to suit any application. With a simple clean line design, dirt pockets and crevices are virtually eliminated. These highly sanitary units are optimum in industries such as food, to convey product to packaging machines, weigh scales, and bucket elevators.

They are designed to be very user friendly which means they have very few moving parts, maintenance is kept to an absolute minimum. With some applications the feeder pans are designed to screen a product as it is conveyed along the pans length. The stainless steel feeder pans are manufactured to several levels of sanitation dependent upon your application need.

Typically linear systems are effective at handling large volumes of irregular shaped product. Circular systems offer better contact with the screening medium which gives better segregation of regular shaped items and granules.

Vibrating feeders are used in a number of applications including sweets such as smarties, chewing gum, chocolate coated peanuts and other general confectionary. Other foods where vibrating feeders are of use are foods such as breakfast cereals, pet food and biscuits. As well as food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, sawdust, seeds and powders can be moved.
